“The knowledge my advisor had about Critical Illness insurance was incredible! He was able to answer all of my questions and help me find the right plan for my family. I feel safer knowing we have a plan if critical illness strikes in our family.”

-Perry Godwin

“Cancer runs in my family. I’m so glad I have a plan in place to help protect me if I ever have to face it too.”

-Diane Roberson

If I have a family critical illness policy and one family member is diagnosed with a critical illness, are the others still covered?

Yes. As long as the premiums continue to be paid, the other family members are still covered with the same benefit amount.

If I’m diagnosed with one of the illnesses covered under the plan, and I’m later diagnosed with a different covered illness, will I still be covered?

Yes. If you collect for an illness in one category, the policy remains in force to provide coverage against illness in other categories as long as your premiums continue to be paid. Diagnosis for a subsequent illness must be separated by at least 180 days from the prior illness.

Is the benefit I receive from my critical illness policy paid to the hospital?

No. The benefits are paid directly to you or to whomever you designate in the form of a check. You can use this benefit however you like. You can use it to pay medical bills, co-payments, house payments, car insurance, groceries, take a vacation, or anything else you want.
